Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician II to perform on-site installation, repair, and replacement of Andersen windows and doors in customer homes. You will operate independently or with a team, ensure warranty compliance, and maintain accurate documentation on each job.

The role requires travel within the service area, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• 2+ years window installation experience (preferably Andersen products).
• Strong communication skills, time management and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of products, service procedures and construction methods.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn software applications (WebWindowCare, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Field Service mobile app).

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of advanced/complex service solutions at customer sites.
• Dismantle and replace windows and doors in customers' homes.
• Perform repairs and install replacement parts as prescribed by the technician.
• Document tasks accurately and promptly (expense reports, hours, travel).
• Monitor product performance and communicate observations to service support.
