Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a field-service professional to deliver enterprise service solutions across the Dallas territory. You will represent the Andersen brand, promote long-term use of Andersen Enterprise products, and enhance customer experiences by providing on-site repairs and replacements of windows and doors.

The role requires climbing, lifting up to 70 lbs, and effective communication with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver’s license with clean driving record; 2+ years window installation experience strongly preferred
• Maintains high standards of dependability, including attendance, safety compliance and time management
• Knowledge of products, service procedures and construction methods
• Able to climb and perform work on ladders/scaffolding and lift up to 70 lbs., with assistance for heavier items
• Basic problem-solving skills, strong communication skills and time management

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of service solutions for customers to promote the value of the Andersen brand.
• Dismantles and replaces windows and doors in customer settings, respecting the environment.
• Performs repairs and installs replacement parts and products on site, independently or as part of a team.
• Presents a professional image while completing repairs and replacements in a timely manner.
• Enforces warranty compliance and communicates policy information.
• Completes documentation promptly (expense reports, job assessments, hours, travel).
• Monitors and documents product performance and communicates findings to service support.
