Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site service for windows and doors. You will dismantle, install, repair, and replace components at customer locations, upholding warranty policies and brand standards.

This role requires climbing, lifting, and travelling to job sites across the Boston area (and beyond). You will document work orders, communicate findings, and contribute to a positive customer experience with professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and valid driver's license with clean record.
• 2+ years window installation experience, preferably Andersen products.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct delivery of advanced service solutions on-site to promote Andersen brand.
• Dismantle and replace windows and doors in customers' homes with care.
• Perform repairs and install replacement parts as directed.
• Make field decisions on repair scope and adjust diagnosis as needed.
• Present a professional image and complete work promptly.
• Maintain warranty compliance and document tasks accurately.
