Job summary

Smiths Detection is seeking a field service professional to meet daily service repair needs and drive customer satisfaction. The role requires installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment in the field, and providing customer training when needed.

Extensive travel to locations around Hebron area is required. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field service, strong communication, and a customer-focused attitude, with adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or related Trade Certification in electrical, electronic, or mechanical field.
• Military training in electrical, mechanical, or electronics.
• 3+ years in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily service repair needs and drive customer satisfaction.
• Install, repair and maintain equipment in the field; provide customer training as required.
• Document inspections, maintenance, repairs; submit paperwork timely.
