Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a field service technician to service printers, copiers, and related office technology at customer sites in the Florida region. You will diagnose issues, perform installations and upgrades, and provide hands-on training while coordinating with customers to keep critical devices operational.

The role requires 3+ years of technical repair experience, strong electro-mechanical skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment or related technologies.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
