Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a technician to maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations across the assigned territory. You will diagnose issues, perform installations and upgrades, and provide hands-on product training to customers.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, intermediate computer skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A valid driver's license is required to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment or related systems.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
