Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Field Service Technician II to service printers, copiers, and related office technology in the customer environment. You will diagnose issues, perform installations and upgrades, and ensure equipment operates at peak performance across the territory.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, training, and direct customer interaction, with opportunities to expand expertise in leading office technology products and Managed Print Services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment or related tech.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing printers, copiers, and related office technology.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required training and document service activities following safety policies.
