Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a skilled field service technician to service printers, copiers, and related office technology at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, perform installations and upgrades, and complete service calls with a focus on safety and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical repair of office equipment, strong electro-mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers and copiers at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Document service activities and follow safety policies.
