Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a skilled service technician to support customers in the Buffalo area. You will maintain, repair, and upgrade office technology, troubleshoot issues, and perform installations while delivering hands-on service.

This role requires 3+ years of experience, a High School diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong electro-mechanical and computer skills. You will collaborate with customers and colleagues to keep critical printers and copiers running

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude required.
• Relevant education, certifications, or internships may offset required experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations
• Provide product training and support to customers
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures
• Provide guidance to less experienced technicians to support first-call efficiency
