Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to join the Miami Lakes, FL team.

You will service printers, copiers, and related office technology at customer locations, perform installations and upgrades, and carry out preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of hands-on repair or installation experience on copier and office equipment, intermediate computer skills, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier/office equipment or related products.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
