Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain, repair, and service printers, copiers, and related office technology at customer sites in the Jacksonville area. You’ll diagnose issues, perform installations and upgrades, and ensure timely completion of service calls.

You’ll also provide training to customers, manage parts inventory and tools, and adhere to safety policies while building expertise in a broad range of Toshiba office technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment or related systems.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls and manage the schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
• Document service activities and follow safety policies.
