Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions seeks a field service technician to maintain, repair, and upgrade printers, copiers, and related office technology at customer sites. You’ll diagnose issues, perform installations, and complete service calls efficiently.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of technical repair or installation experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of technical repair, service, installation, training, or support experience.
• Education, certifications, or internships in related fields may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training.
