Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a skilled field technician to maintain and repair printers, copiers, and related office technology at customer locations in the Rochester area. You will diagnose issues, perform installations and upgrades, and deliver hands-on training to customers to keep critical devices running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of technical repair or installation experience, strong electro‑mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Formación

• 3+ years in technical repair, service, or installation of copier/office equipment.
• Certifications or internships may substitute for experience.
• Intermediate computer skills and strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform frequent bending.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and office tech at customer sites.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing schedule.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, test equipment, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training and rebuild shop components.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies.
