Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a field technician to service and support printers, copiers, and other office technology within your assigned territory in Durham, NC. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, upgrade, and retrofit equipment while keeping customers’ environments running smoothly.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, customer interaction, and ongoing learning to expand expertise across industry-leading office technology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
