Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking an on-site Field Technician to service printers, copiers, and office technology across the territory. You will troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and maintain equipment, while providing customer training and strong support to keep business-critical devices running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of field experience, solid electro‑mechanical skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro‑mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage per Tos hiba policy for positions requiring the use of a personal vehicle for company business.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending, lifting, and reaching.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education may be considered in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
