Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II to service and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer sites in the Morrisville area. You will troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and train customers, keeping MPS environments running smoothly.

This hands-on role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years in technical repair, and strong electro-mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills and strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per policy.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and frequent bending and reaching.
• Relevant education, certifications, or internships may be considered in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and related office tech at customer sites.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, and removals.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule.
• Document service activities and follow safety policies.
