Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions in Greensboro, NC seeks a Field Service Technician II to service printers, copiers, and related office tech across your territory. You’ll troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and train customers while keeping critical devices running smoothly.

You’ll perform on-site and shop duties, document activities, and participate in Toshiba training to advance your expertise in a global tech organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of technical repair/service in copier/office equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and frequent bending, lifting, reaching.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance per policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office tech at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba and dealer training; rebuild components in shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies.
