Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II in Wilmington, NC to service printers, copiers, and related office technology at customer sites.

You will diagnose equipment issues, perform installations and upgrades, provide training, manage service calls, and document activities while ensuring safety and quality standards. The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong electro-mechanical aptitude, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment or related systems
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver license and auto insurance coverage per company policy

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations
• Provide product training and support to customers
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures
