Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician II to join our service team in Morrisville, NC. You will service printers, copiers, and managed printing environments at customer sites, troubleshoot issues, and perform installations and upgrades with care for quality and uptime.

You'll document service activities, follow safety policies, and collaborate with customers to ensure minimal disruption while delivering hands-on results and ongoing learning opportunities within

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in technical repair, service, installation, training, or support of copier and office equipment.
• Relevant education, certifications, or internships may substitute experience.
• Intermediate computer skills and electro-mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform bending, lifting, and reaching.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for personal vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair printers, copiers, and other office technology at customer locations.
• Provide product training and support to customers.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform installations, upgrades, modifications, removals, and retrofits.
• Complete service calls based on priority while managing your schedule effectively.
• Maintain parts inventory, tools, and test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete required Toshiba, dealer, and manufacturer training, and rebuild components in the shop as needed.
• Accurately document service activities and follow safety policies and procedures.
