Canon USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair Canon equipment on-site and in shop environments. The role requires basic mechanical, software, and network troubleshooting skills, with a focus on timely, customer-focused service.

Candidates should have a HS Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, and be able to travel. A 24/7 work schedule and ability to obtain required clearances are expected.

Formación

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Willingness to travel with valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment and on-call rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
• Maintain working knowledge of multiple product groups and basic troubleshooting.
• Meet and exceed customer demands through efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain technical information, field/service reports, expense reports, and Canon property.
• Provide guidance to less experienced technicians and escalate issues when needed.
