Job summary

Canon USA, an innovator of technology, solutions, and services, is seeking a dedicated field service professional to diagnose and repair Canon-supported equipment across customer sites. This role requires up-to-date knowledge of multiple product groups and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

This customer-facing position demands 1–2 years of related experience, a HS diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a 24/7 shift with on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related field service experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete intro period and new-hire class.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups with basic troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Meet and exceed customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate maintenance.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Provide direction to less experienced technicians and maintain Canon property.
• Provide solutions for escalated technical and/or customer service-related problems across territories.
