Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a dedicated field service professional to diagnose and repair Canon equipment across various environments. You will perform on-site maintenance, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure service reports and company assets are properly managed.

The role demands travel, shift work, and adherence to customer policies. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds while part of a 24/7 on-call

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, plus 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to travel and obtain required clearances.
• Lift 50 pounds and perform active work more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Service and repair designated Canon equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups and basic troubleshooting.
• Meet and exceed customer demands with efficient, responsive maintenance.
• Maintain all technical information, field reports, expense reports, and Canon property.
• Provide guidance to less experienced technicians and escalate issues when needed.
