Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver maintenance of Canon-supported products and exceptional customer service. This role emphasizes traveling to customer sites, complying with service standards, and maintaining equipment performance.

The position requires good technical understanding, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to obtain any necessary clearances. A valid driver's license and travel readiness are essential.

Competenze

• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Possess a basic understanding of internet environments and the PDIF new-hire class.
• Ability to travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
• Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security/clearances to enter customer premises.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time.

Mansioni

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Help achieve branch/district metric targets.
