Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED plus 1–2 years of related experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Willingness to travel (valid driver’s license).
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment and perform shift/on-call rotations.
• Must take steps to obtain required security/clearances.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups and basic troubleshooting.
• Meet and exceed customer demands with efficient, responsive, on-site maintenance.
• Maintain technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Provide direction to less experienced technicians.
• Provide solutions for escalated technical and customer service issues for any territory.
