Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking an on-site Field Service Technician to cover the Los Angeles region, performing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of gaming devices. You will manage part inventory, learn product theory, and use ServiceMax and Zinc for ticket management while adhering to safety PPE standards.

You must have a valid driver’s license and gaming card or the ability to obtain one; a HS Diploma or GED and technical/military training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in the assembly, testing, or troubleshooting of electronic devices.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Valid gaming card (or ability to obtain one)

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and transport all L&W products to customer sites.
• Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform preventive maintenance on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and all utility products.
• Keep and track part inventory.
• Learn and understand L&W/gaming products, including theory of operation, abnormal operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Use and understand Service Max and Zinc to manage customer tickets and questions for product support and parts.
• Apply Safety Training in the field and wear PPE (Safety equipment, steel toe shoes, hard hat, safety goggles, and gloves).
• Safely use common hand tools including screwdrivers, nut drivers, wrenches, hammers, center punches, drills, multimeters, and polarity checkers.
• Support other Creators on all utilities/EGM products.
• Other duties as assigned
