Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to cover the Los Angeles area and surrounding region. You will install, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on EGMs and related products, while managing part inventory and supporting customer tickets.

• Minimum of 1–3 years troubleshooting electronic devices.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Valid gaming card (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and transport products to customer sites.
• Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and PM on EGMs, PTG, ETG and utility products.
• Keep and track part inventory.
• Learn and understand Light & Wonder gaming products and operation.
