Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain casino gaming equipment at customer sites. You will manage part inventories and support technicians while following safety protocols, with opportunities to learn and grow in a regulated gaming environment.

The role requires a technical background, valid driver's license, and ability to travel on short notice.

Qualifications

Technical background with basic electronics and 1 year electrical/electronics experience.
Prefer 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Valid gaming card or the ability to obtain one.
High School Diploma/GED.
Technical/Military Training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Move, load, unload, and transport all L&W products to customer sites.
Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform PM on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and all utility products.
Keep and track part inventory.
Learn and understand L&W/gaming products, including theory of operation, abnormal operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
Use ServiceMax and Zinc to manage customer tickets and questions for product support and parts.
Apply Safety Training in the field and wear PPE (steel toe shoes, hard hat, safety goggles, gloves).
Safely use common hand tools and assist others with all utilities/EGM products.
