Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is hiring a Field Service Technician I to service equipment at client sites in the St. Petersburg area. You will perform maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on coin/currency equipment, ATMs, software, and related devices.

Travel is primarily local with some overnight stays; excellent customer service is essential. The role partners with branch sales and service teams to ensure seamless client support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical/field service or similar role.
• Impeccable integrity and trustworthiness.
• Access to highly secure environments; licenses may be required.
• Strong electromechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Daily travel to client sites with occasional overnight travel.
• Collaborate with branch staff to meet client needs and contracts.
• Address service requests within contract response times.
• Maintain vehicle parts inventory and vehicle cleanliness.
• Safeguard company assets including devices and phones.
