Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service coin and currency equipment, ATMs, software, and office products at client sites in the Southern DC metro area. You will travel extensively, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with other service teams to ensure contract adherence.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with potential overnight travel and access to secured

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a technician/field service/mechanical role or similar

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventive maintenance on electromechanical equipment
• Travel by vehicle to client sites (90%), with overnight stays as needed (10%)
• Coordinate with branch sales and other service team members to satisfy client needs
• Address customer service requests within contract response time
• Maintain vehicle parts inventory and ensure cleanliness and readiness
