Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service Birmingham and surrounding areas, with occasional travel to Atlanta. You will service, repair and maintain currency and coin equipment, ATMs, software, and related devices at client sites.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in field service, strong electromechanical aptitude, and excellent communication. Travel, on-site work, and on-call duties are required; a company vehicle is provided.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years in technical/field service or similar role.
• Demonstrates integrity and reliability.
• Ability to access highly secured environments; licenses may be required.
• Strong electromechanical aptitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused.
• Personable and able to work with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work.
• Proficient in iOS, MS Office and Windows OS.
• Self-driven, able to meet deadlines and work with minimal coaching.
• Willing to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Travel by vehicle to client sites daily (90%), overnight travel occasional (10%).
• Collaborate with branch staff to meet client needs and timelines.
• Respond to service requests within contract-specified times.
• Participate in extended hours and on-call duties when required.
• Maintain vehicle parts inventory and keep vehicle clean and serviced.
• Protect company assets including tablets and mobile devices.
