Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) in Louisville, KY is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service and upgrade coin and currency equipment, ATMs, software, and related devices at client sites. You will collaborate with branch sales and other service teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires mobility, strong electromechanical aptitude, and a customer-first mindset. The position includes travel, a company vehicle, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical/Field Service or similar role.
• Ability to access highly secured environments; licenses may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Travel daily to client sites (90%) with some overnight travel (10%).
• Coordinate with branch sales and service teams to meet client needs.
• Address service requests within contract response times.
• Maintain vehicle parts inventory and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
• Safeguard company assets including tablets and mobile devices.
• Perform other duties as required.
