Zusammenfassung

Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) seeks a Field Service Technician I to service Richmond, VA and surrounding areas. You will repair, upgrade and maintain cash and coin equipment, ATMs, software, and office products at client sites, working with branch sales and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Travel is predominantly daily with some overnight trips. The role emphasizes safety, integrity, and proactive service, with opportunities for training and career growth within CPI and Crane NXT

Qualifikationen

• Impeccable integrity and a customer-focused attitude.
• 1+ years as technician/field service/mechanical role or similar.
• Ability to access highly secure environments; licenses may be needed.
• Electromechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Personable and able to work with all levels.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work.
• Proficient in iOS, MS Office and Windows OS.
• Ability to set and track goals independently; proactive team player.
• Able to meet project deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Service, upgrade and perform preventive maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Travel daily by vehicle to client sites; 10% overnight travel; long drives possible.
• Coordinate with branch staff to meet client needs.
• Respond to customer service requests within contract response times.
• Support extended hours and on-call duties where applicable.
• Maintain vehicle parts inventory and cleanliness.
• Safeguard company assets including tablets and phones.
• Handle additional duties as required.
