Securus Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to various facilities, set up and maintain tablets, and resolve issues on company products. You will provide technical support, train users, and manage tablet-related software and access permissions across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, experience with Windows and MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in corrections environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office.
• Ability to train and support customers.

Mansioni

• Travel to facilities to repair and maintain equipment.
• Set up and maintain tablets and related hardware.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot tablet devices.
• Train users and manage user accounts on tablets.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with dispatch.
