Aventiv is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities, service and repair company products, tablets, phones, kiosks and related equipment. This role may be on-site, hybrid or roving to support customers across sites.

Responsibilities include setting up tablets, performing repairs, providing technical support, and training users while maintaining inventory and coordinating schedules with dispatchers. Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in correctional environments.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain, repair, and resolve device issues.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users.
• Repair phones, kiosks, video terminals, WAPs, tablets in facilities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tablets.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and tools.
• Coordinate tablet usage schedules with staff.
• Train incarcerated individuals on tablet usage.
• Assist with software updates and installations on tablets.
• Communicate with dispatchers on work assignments.
