Job summary

Aventiv Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to various facilities, maintain and repair company products, and provide on-site or roving support. You will administer tablet programs, ensure proper use, and assist with software updates and user training.

The role requires coordinating with dispatch and other teams, maintaining inventory, and delivering timely service while meeting security guidelines in correctional environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working in difficult environments e.g. corrections.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary representative between on-site facility personnel and company personnel.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users.
• Repair devices (phones, kiosks, tablets) in facilities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot tablet issues.
• Maintain inventory and ensure returns for multiple sites.
