Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a service-focused on-site technician to deliver high-level field and shop maintenance in the Syracuse area. You will report failure trends, handle serviceability issues, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining Canon equipment and related reports.

Ideal candidates will hold a high school diploma, be able to travel, and demonstrate strong customer communication skills. This full-time role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a willingness to complete the PDIF

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Internet environments is required.
• Willingness to travel with valid license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Help meet the branch/district’s targets through performance.
