Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service during routine maintenance of Canon-supported products. The role involves field/on-site maintenance, reporting trends, and maintaining service documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, the ability to travel with a valid license, and must pass required security clearances. Lifting up to 50 pounds and remaining active more than half the time are required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role; comply with customer policies and COVID-19 measures.
• Ability to travel with valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must obtain required security/clearances to enter customer premises.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active 50%+ of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with high service standards during field and on-site maintenance.
• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines and meet branch metrics.
