Job summary

Leidos SES is seeking a field service professional to install, repair, and test complex equipment at customer sites in the United States, with travel as required. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate with customers, and update work orders in Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience troubleshooting and field repair of electrical/electronic systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Performing customer support activities involving installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• On-site installation and testing of equipment to ensure proper working order.
• Isolating startup malfunctions and taking corrective action.
• Managing repair assignments and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Updating work orders in CRM systems (Salesforce, Maximo, GURU).
