Canon USA is seeking a Field Service professional to support customers with top-tier service standards. You will travel to sites to perform field/shop/on-site maintenance, report trends, and maintain detailed records.

A High School diploma and the ability to obtain necessary clearances are required. You will join a team that values integrity, respect, and community impact, with transportation allowances and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Facilitate performance toward branch/district metric targets.
