Qualifications

• Proficient in troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Promptly respond to customer/management requests and feedback.
• Self-starter with motivation and ability.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem solving to minimize customer downtime.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and work in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performs client-site servicing, repair and/or installation of company product(s).
• Diagnoses hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.
• Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
• Reports for analysis of product failure trends and serviceability issues.
• Be able to work well with others in a team environment.
• Shift start is at 8am; accordance with scheduling.
