Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations, performing installs, removals, and preventative maintenance on communication hardware, POS, and vending equipment. You will train customers and troubleshoot complex issues, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and timely service calls.

Responsibilities include extensive field repairs, vehicle upkeep, and documentation. Occasional weekend/evening work and training of new staff may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer-facing skills and professional communication.
• Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, removals, and preventative maintenance at lottery retailer locations.
• Diagnose and repair equipment including POS, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Provide training and support to customers on equipment and processes.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and complete service call documentation.
• Occasionally train new team members and work flexible hours including weekends/evenings.
