Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service client sites in the Minneapolis area. You will travel daily by vehicle to install, repair, upgrade and perform preventive maintenance on coin and currency equipment, ATMs, and related software.

The role requires electromechanical aptitude, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with branch teams. Competitive pay, a company-provided vehicle, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in field service or technical role
• Access to secured environments may be required
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain equipment at client sites
• Travel daily by vehicle to client sites (90%) with occasional longer trips
• Coordinate with branch sales and service teams to meet client needs
• Address customer service requests within contract response times
• Be available for extended hours and on-call duties when required
