Job summary

Crane Payment Innovations is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service the Salt Lake City area. You will travel to client sites, perform maintenance, upgrades, and preventative care on coin and currency equipment, ATMs, and related hardware.

This full-time role requires 1+ years in field service, strong electromechanical aptitude, solid communication, and a customer-first approach. A company vehicle, tools, and training are provided, with competitive hourly pay and overtime.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical/field service or similar role
• Impeccable integrity
• Must access secured environments; licenses may be needed
• Strong electromechanical aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first attitude
• Personable and able to work with others at all levels
• Strong attention to detail; prioritize your own work
• Proficient in iOS, MS Office and Windows OS
• Ability to set and track goals independently; proactive team player
• Able to meet project deadlines

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment
• Travel daily to client sites (90%) with some overnight travel (10%)
• Collaborate with branch staff to meet client needs
• Address service requests within contract response times
• On-call duty and extended hours as needed
• Maintain balanced vehicle parts inventory
• Keep company vehicle clean and serviced
• Safeguard company assets including tablets and mobile devices
• Perform any other duties as required
