Crane NXT, through its Crane Payment Innovations unit, is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service coin/currency equipment, ATMs, software, and office devices at client sites in Queens and Brooklyn. Travel is primary, with occasional longer drives and training opportunities.

The role requires hands-on electromechanical skills, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Technical/Field Service or similar technical role.
• Impeccable integrity and dependability.
• Able to access secured environments; licenses may be required.
• Strong electromechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, customer-friendly attitude.

Responsabilités

• Service, upgrade and perform preventive maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Travel to client sites in Queens/Brooklyn area (90% travel, 10% overnight).
• Coordinate with branch sales and service teams to satisfy client needs.
• Address service requests within contract response times.
• Maintain vehicle stock, tools, and cleanliness; safeguard company assets.
• Perform additional duties as required.
