Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business services, including phone, internet, and video, across varied environments. You’ll train with test equipment and support multiple network designs to meet customer needs.

The role requires climbing and lifting up to 50 lb, a valid driver’s license, color discrimination, and the ability to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Union bidding applies.

Qualifications

• Basic technology and math skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Ability to distinguish colors in cable work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work aloft.
• Willingness to work day, evening, weekend and holiday hours.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services (telephone, internet, video).
• Operate and test equipment to support multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services that meet customer needs.
• Climb ladders and poles as required.
• Maintain clean, safe company vehicle and work environment.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
