Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join our team and support customers across the United States. You will handle installation and repair of residential and business services, use test equipment, and work in both inside and outside environments while maintaining safety standards.

You will report to the Manager of Local Operations and participate in required safety training. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Must complete required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services (telephone, internet, video).
• Train with tools and test equipment for multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs.
• Work in buried and aerial plant, climbing poles and ladders as needed.
• Safely operate and maintain company service vehicle.
