Job summary
Uniti Group is seeking a skilled Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business services, including internet, telephone and video. You will use tools and test equipment to support various technologies, and you will recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
The role involves indoor/outdoor work, pole climbing or ladder use, driving company vehicles, and adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
- Willingness to work day/evening/weekend/holiday hours.
- Two-year technical degree or related experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential and business communications services including telephone, internet, and video.
- Train and work with tools and test equipment to service multiple technologies and network designs.
- Recommend products and services to resolve customer needs.
- Work in buried and aerial plant requiring pole climbing and ladder use.
- Safely operate and maintain company service vehicle and follow safety standards.
