Job summary

Uniti Group is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business communications services including telephone, internet, and video. You will train with field tools, work on buried and aerial plant, and assist customers while recommending suitable products and services.

Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs; two-year technical training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities
