Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in commercial security systems installation or service.
• Networking skills and 1 year experience programming access and video systems.
• Certifications for security systems to work independently.
• Basic computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook; Smartsheet; IT/IP know-how.
• Customer service, urgency, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls within assigned area and restores system functionality.
• Installs systems per Tech Systems Installation Standards.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and schematics.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identifies revisions, upgrades, and installs independently.
• Communicates status and updates tickets in tracking systems.
• Manages company inventory and resources.
• Performs preventive maintenance inspections.
• Assists with other technical support tasks as needed.
• Attends to duties assigned by Regional Manager or executives.
