Job summary

Tech Systems Inc. (TSi) is looking for a Field Service Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems at client sites. Candidates must have two years of experience in commercial security systems and knowledge of networking and programming.

The role includes responding to service calls, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring compliance with company standards. A valid driver’s license and the ability to handle physical demands up to 50 pounds are necessary.

Qualifications

• At least two years work experience in commercial security systems installation or service.
• Must have networking skills and experience programming access and video systems.
• Possess minimum factory and/or internal security system certifications.

Responsibilities

• Responds to all service calls within assigned area within guaranteed response times.
• Properly installs systems according to Tech Systems Installation Standards.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and schematics.
• Ensures all tasks are handled according to Tech Systems’ policies.
